PLACING ORDERS:
We offer many convenient ways to place an order. We accept orders online through
our secure Yahoo! Store website. To place an order for an item(s) through our
online store, simply click on the item for a full description, then select the
quantity, size, color (if available) you wish to purchase and click on the "Order"
button. This will take you to our checkout screen. If you wish to continue shopping
for additional items, click on "Continue Shopping." To complete your
order, click on "Check Out" in the show order screen and fill in the
payment, billing, and shipping information. Once order is confirmed you will receive
an Order Number. Orders can also be faxed over by using our fax order form which
is available at the top of the page. Our fax number is (201) 585-2215. Telephone
orders are also accepted during business hours of Monday-Friday from 9:00 am –

As encouragement to try a variety of items from our large selection of sterling
silver jewelry collection, we have a low minimum of US$100.00/order. There is
no minimum quantity for any item unless noted.

We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Cards, Money Orders, Wire
Money Transfers. We do not accept COD, Paypal or Personal/Company Checks.
Credit
Cards: We accept the following credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and
American Express. If you choose to pay by credit card please provide us with
the complete billing, shipping and payment information for the credit card (including
security code.) What is a security code? The 3 digit code is located on the
back of your Visa/Mastercard (inside the signature area) and the 4 digit code
located on the front of your American Express card.
Money Orders: If you choose to pay by money order, please complete your order
and proceed to check out online, and you will receive an order number. Please
write the order number on the money order, payment payable to SJD.com Inc. and send payment to:

Once we receive the money order and it is authenticated by the bank, the order
will be processed and shipped. This usually takes 5 business days upon receipt

for banking information. There is an additional banking charge of US$10.00 for payments made by wire transfer.

PROMOTIONAL COUPON CODES:
We currently offering free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $300.00 (Sorry, free shipping is valid only for domestic orders only. Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands not included). If items are returned and the revised order does not meet $300.00. A shipping and handling fee will be charged and deducted from the return amount.

SALES TAX:
We are a wholesaler located in the state of New Jersey, therefore we do not charge
our customers tax on their orders (unless it is being shipped to the state of
New Jersey. For all orders shipped within the State of New Jersey, we are required
to ask the buyer to fax a copy of their business resale certificate and provide
their tax ID number. Please fax this information to (201) 585-2215.

SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 4 business days for orders to be processed and shipped. All Domestic orders are shipped by UPS (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day, or Ground.) Shipping and handling charges are calculated once the order is picked and invoiced. To receive an estimated shipping and handling charge prior to placing an order, or if you wish to know the shipping and handling charge before your order is shipped, please contact us at (201) 585-2200 or email us at silverjdepot@aol.com. One of our customer care representatives will be more then happy to help you or will reply to you email shortly after your request is submitted.
UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses. To request Saturday delivery UPS charges and additional fee (if you would like Saturday delivery please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping and handling amount.) UPS does not ship on Sunday. If you have an UPS or Fed Ex account that you would like us to use, please provide
us with the account number when placing the order.
All International Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS)
by Express Mail Service (unless another method is requested.) We currently ship to most countries around the world.
Delivery takes up to approximately 10 business days. Shipping and handling charges can be requested by phone or email before or after placing the order. Please contact us at (201) 585-2200 or email us at silverjdepot@aol.com. A representative will contact you shortly after your request is submitted. To place an international order, we accept credit card payments, and wire money transfers.
If you choose to pay by credit card, please provide us with the security code
for the credit card. We will authenticate your card through the automated credit
card system. If we are unable to do so, we will then contact you and request
you to fax us the front and back of your credit card along with picture identification.
This information is only necessary for your initial order. To pay by wire transfer,
please place the order and click wire transfer option during check out. We will
contact you via email to provide you with the total amount of the order, and
banking information. There is an additional banking charge of US $10.00 which
will be added to your total.
Please note that we are not responsible for import tariffs, customs fees, or
shipping delays due to United States Postal Service. If for any reason a customer
refuses the shipment we will deduct any actual shipping, customs and other costs
incurred by us from the refund.

BACK-ORDERED ITEMS:
To expedite your order, we ship all items that are in stock, and do not substitute
items (unless requested by customer.) We do not do backorders on items that
are currently sold out.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the merchandise you have received,
please email us a request for return/exchange at silverjdepot@aol.com
within 21 days of the invoice date. Please provide the invoice number, item(s)
you wish to return/exchange, reason (if any) and we will issue you a Return
Authorization Number. Once you receive the RA number please send the item(s)
back by regular first class mail. Please note that we DO NOT accept nor give
a refund on worn jewelry. Once we receive the return merchandise we will exchange
or process a refund back to the credit card on file (less the shipping and handling
fee.) Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise.
There will be no restocking fee charged.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ):
Q. What is 925 Sterling Silver?
A. Pure silver is an extremely soft material, and therefore the internationally
accepted formula to create 925 sterling silver is a combination of 92.5% fine
silver and 7.5% copper. Sterling silver offers the hardness and tolerance necessary
with which jewelers can work with.
Q. Are all the items on SJD 925 Sterling Silver?
A. Yes, all of our sterling silver jewelry items are 92.5% silver. Each item
is stamped with a 925 trademark.
Q. What is silver or rhodium plating?
A. Due to the tarnishing nature of the metal, plating sterling silver with
silver is used to preserve an evenness of color as well as to heighten shine.
We also require the application of an anti-tarnish, protective finish on all
our sterling silver jewelry to protect it from tarnishing. Our rhodium plated
items are sterling silver plated with rhodium to achieve a platinum or white
gold look, but at a much lower cost. Rhodium is a very effective way to prevent
tarnishing. The content remains 92.5% silver.
Q. What is 18K Over Sterling and two-tone gold plating?
A. Also called vermeil, gold overlay and bond on sterling, 18K Over Sterling is gold plating on sterling
silver. At least one micron (40mils) of gold is plated
onto the sterling silver surface, for a gold finish. Similar to the process of
gold plating, two-tone plating begins with gold plating, but while keeping certain
areas masked. These covered areas are later exposed to result in a two color
effect. The content remains 92.5% silver.
Q. What is Platinum Over Sterling?
A. Platinum Over Sterling is when a thin layer of platinum is plated over sterling silver. This prevents the sterling silver from tarnishing and is usually more expensive.
Q. What is Antique finish or oxidized silver?
A. Done through a process of oxidation, antique and oxidized silver jewelry is made to
intentionally mimic an antique finish. The content remains 92.5% silver.
Q. What is 925 Artform jewelry?
A. 925 Artform is manufactured by a special process called electroforming. This is a very special method of making sterling silver jewelry with the big and bold appearance, but very light in weight so it makes it affordable for the consumers to buy. The content of 925 Artform is 925 sterling silver.
Q. What is an assay and where can we get it done?
A. Beginning with a process in which existing jewelry is melted down under
extreme heat, an assay is the analysis of the melted substance in order to determine
the percentage of silver content that remains. Many Assay companies will assay
platinum, gold and silver. Note: there is a fee to get an assay. We use a company
in New York City called Y. Schmidt and they are located at 36 West 47th Street. Room #
1202 New York, NY 10036. You are more then welcome
to contact them.
Q. What does BLOW OUT, CLEARANCE and CLOSEOUT SALE mean?
A. All items on SJD have been categorized under Blow Out,
Clearance, and Closeout Sale. These prices are wholesale and not
retail prices. All prices are up to date. We work very hard to keep costs down
and in turn pass along the savings to our customers, therefore we do not charge
Regular Wholesale Prices.
BLOW OUT SALE items offer savings between 40%-50% off Regular Wholesale prices.
CLEARANCE SALE items are an additional 15% off the Blowout Sale price.
CLOSEOUT SALE items offer savings between 60%-90% off Regular Wholesale prices,
and are not restocked once sold out.
Q. What does OVERSTOCK mean? How are you able to offer such low prices on these overstock items?
A. In our OVERSTOCK category, we offer you a great selection of top quality, new sterling silver jewelry priced below manufacturers costs. We are able to offer you such great deals because we've been in the wholesale silver jewelry business for over 30 years and have developed many strong partnerships with our suppliers. As a result of these relationships, from time to time we have the opportunity to buy items below manufacturers costs, which we then pass on the significant savings to you our customers. Overstock items are brand NEW items which our suppliers sell to us because they may have over produced, or recieved unexpected canceled orders. In situations like these, factories are usually forced to sell their excess stock below manufacturers costs to liquidate their inventory.
Q. Are all the products you carry new?
A. All our products are new and in good condition. We DO NOT sell any old,
used or broken jewelry.
Q. Do you drop ship orders?
A. Unfortunately, we do not drop ship at the present time.
Q. Can we use your pictures to resell the items on Ebay, Amazon.com etc.?
A. Yes, we welcome our customers to use our website pictures and item information
for selling and marketing purposes, however, we ask that you attain our written
permission before doing so. To obtain permission, please email us at silverjdepot@aol.com.
Q. Do you accomadate special orders?
A. Yes, we can accommodate special orders from the samples you provide. We only manufacture Sterling Silver items. To get a price quote on the item(s), please send it to us with a letter stating the quantity you wish to order, and
the stone type if any. Once we receive the item(s), it will take approximately
10 days for the price quote. To place the special order, we require a minimum
of 100 pieces/pairs per style (you can provide us with the ring size breakdown),
and a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. Orders take approximately
4-6 weeks for delivery. Remaining balance will be charged when the merchandise
is shipped.
Q. What is the Birthstone Collection?
A. We have selected special styles to represent our Birthstone Collection.
The collection is represented by the following Cubic Zirconia stones
for each month: January (Garnet CZ), February (Amethyst CZ), March (Aquamarine CZ), April
(Clear CZ), May (Emerald CZ), June (Lavender CZ), July (Ruby CZ), August (Peridot CZ), September
(Sapphire CZ), October (Pink CZ), November (Golden Topaz CZ), December (Blue Zircon CZ).
Q. Is there a minimum order for the Nameplate Necklace?
A. There is NO minimum for ordering Nameplate Necklace. This special item allows
you the retailer the ability to provide your customer with a unique customized
item. To place an order for the Nameplate Necklace(s), please fax us at (201)

with the exact spelling of the name you wish to order, along with the billing,
shipping and payment information. Once the order is placed we will charge your
